When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect the name, email address, company name, service interest, and project details you choose to enter. We don't use cookies or tracking pixels for this form itself — if analytics is enabled on the site separately, it's covered in the section below.
Solely to respond to your inquiry — to understand what you're looking to build, get back to you within our stated 24-hour window, and, if it's a fit, to scope and discuss a potential engagement. We don't sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
If we don't end up working together, we keep your inquiry only as long as needed to follow up, and remove it after a reasonable follow-up period. If you become a client, your details are kept for the duration of the engagement and for as long afterward as reasonably needed for accounting, legal, or ongoing-relationship purposes.
Where enabled, we use aggregate website analytics (such as Google Analytics) to understand which pages are useful and where visitors come from. This is not tied to the contact form submissions above and doesn't identify you personally.
You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — in line with Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP). Email hello@scalefort.cloud with your request and we'll act on it within a reasonable timeframe.
